Regular Visits
Once your condition has been assessed and the treatment plan commenced, the typical appointment time is shorter. Chiropractic adjustment visits usually take 5- 8 minutes to perform, while soft tissue/muscle therapy from an OT requires 15 minutes. A progress exam is conducted within 21- 30 days to ensure stated goals are being achieved and make any treatment modifications or special recommendations.
It is very important to fully understand the part you play in getting the best results possible. If additional time is required to discuss any aspect of your case, please arrange a Special Visit' consultation during a non-peak time through the front desk staff.
To maximize the benefit of treatment, it is best to follow your appointment schedule, home recommendations and take a 5 minute walk before sitting in the car or office following every visit. Getting back to good health and participating in life to the full is what we all want.
