Your First Visit
Allow 45 minutes for your first visit to the clinic and bring along any related x-rays and test results. No disrobing or gowning will be required and we'll do our best not to mess up your hair or makeup!
It's best to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time as there is a Health Information Questionnaire to complete before meeting your practitioner. He/ she will review current symptoms, related history and also discuss your health goals. A detailed spine and musculoskeletal examination is conducted to determine joint restriction, muscle imbalance and nerve dysfunction. Findings will be explained along the way and if required spinal x-rays or special testing can be arranged via practitioner referral. Treatment will commence on the First visit if appropriate.
Perth Wellness is a 'pay on the day' clinic as we don't run bills or 3rd party accounts. The Initial Consultation is $60 with EFTPOS and major credit card facilities being available. (complete fee schedule available under 'fees') Be sure to see the front desk staff at the end of the exam visit as they will explain what coverage you may have and provide a payment receipt. A suitable time will be arranged for a follow-up appointment and you will be advised of any special instructions regarding heat and cold self care.
